What is Page Vault Review?

Page Vault Review is an AI-powered workspace for making sense of the evidence you already capture with Page Vault. Instead of paging through hundreds or thousands of captured pages by hand, you send your captures into Review, organize them into cases, and use AI to search, summarize, rank, and mark up the material — then export exactly what you need.

Review is a separate, optional product that works alongside core Page Vault. It lives in its own environment with a deep connection back to the portal, so the captures you already collect flow straight into it. Nothing about how you capture or preserve evidence in core Page Vault changes when you use Review.

A typical workflow

1. Send captures from Page Vault into Review (individually or a whole folder at once).
2. Organize them into a case.
3. Analyze the case with AI search, summaries, entity extraction, and relevance scoring.
4. Mark up the captures that matter with annotations and redactions, and use tags to track your progress.
5. Export either the original captures or annotated/redacted versions to share downstream.

What to know about this first version

• It works with snapshot captures. File captures, PDFs, and video are not yet supported in Review.
• It is built for an individual reviewer — the captures you send are yours to work with. Team collaboration features are on the roadmap.
• Content enters Review only by sending it from Page Vault. There is no upload of outside documents in this version.
