Score Relevance

Let Review rank your whole case against the context that matters.

Score Relevance is the fastest way to prioritize a large case. Instead of a single search term, you give Review your case context — paste in a complaint, a subpoena, working notes, or a description of what you're looking for — and it ranks the captures against it.

Unlike search, which returns only the captures that match, Score Relevance ranks every capture in the case as high, medium, or low relevance, with a short explanation for each one telling you why it landed where it did.

Just as useful as surfacing the strong captures, scoring also demotes the clearly irrelevant ones — so you can see at a glance what's worth your time and what isn't. Treat the ranking as an explained starting point: it points you to the captures most likely to matter, and you make the final call.

 How to run Score Relevance

  1. Open a case and click Score Relevance on the case toolbar (next to Summarize).score relevance review
  2. Paste in your case context when prompted.
  3. Results return with a count for each tier (for example, 3 High, 9 Medium, 6 Low) and a short explanation under each capture describing why it landed there.
