How to Retry Errored URLs

If some URLs in your Batch job fail to capture, you can easily retry them:

1. In your Batch job list, click View Details next to the desired job.

2. In the URL list, find any entries with an Error status.

3. Select the radio box next to each errored URL you want to retry.

4. Under Actions, choose Retry Selected URLs.

The system will attempt to recapture those items. Retrying is a great first troubleshooting step if you are encountering capture errors.
