How to delete a cover page/footer from an existing capture in the Page Vault Portal

If you've already completed a capture and need to remove the cover page, you can do so in the Page Vault Portal:

  1. Log in to the Page Vault Portal.

  2. Navigate to your Captures and select the radio box next to the one you want to modify.

  3. Click the “Actions” button in the top menu and select "Regen PDFs"

  4. In the pop-up window, check the “No, remove cover page” and/or "No, remove footer" options.

  5. Click “OK” to create a new version of the PDF without the cover page.

The regenerated PDF will be available after a few minutes and will not include the cover page and/or footer. This process does not affect the original capture content—only the PDF output.

Tip: You can re-add the cover page/footer at any time by following the same steps and checking the "Yes, keep the cover page/footer".
