How to Download/Export Captures

You can download captures from the Portal as individual PDFs or export multiple captures with flexible formatting options.

Log in to the Portal
Visit portal.page-vault.com and sign in.
Locate the capture
Scroll to find the specific capture you want.
Click the blue “Download” button
This will download a PDF of the capture to your computer.

If the button is grey, the PDF is still generating! Please give it another minute or two and refresh the Portal.

You can export multiple captures at once using either “Export folder” or “Export selected items.”

Log in to the Portal
Go to portal.page-vault.com and sign in.
Choose your captures
- To export all captures in a folder: click “Export Folder” at the top of your Portal
- To export specific captures: select the checkboxes next to the desired items, then click “Export Selected Items” at the top of your Portal
Select your export format
You’ll have two export options:

ZIP File:
- Includes a catalog of all captures
- Includes a load file for importing into Relativity
- Includes a CSV file with metadata for each capture
- Optionally includes HTML source code and/or OCR text files
Merged PDF:
- Combines all selected captures into a single PDF
- Merges in order from oldest to newest by default
- Option to merge by capture name instead
- Option to remove cover pages from the final output
