How to Capture an Entire TikTok Profile

Capturing a TikTok profile lets you preserve account information, profile details, and all visible posts.

Steps to Capture TikTok Profiles

1. Open the Page Vault Browser.

2. Type or paste the profile URL into the address bar and press Enter. 

3. Click Expand to open capture settings.

4. Choose from the available settings:

   • Scroll to the bottom to reveal full grid (required) – Ensures the full profile grid loads.

   • Get post URLs and email to – Sends a CSV file of all post URLs on the profile.

   • Capture grid after expanding – Captures the full profile grid.

   • Expand and capture each post on grid – Opens each post and expands comments to capture all content.

   • Skip Expand and capture each post on grid – Captures the grid without opening posts (useful if comments aren’t needed).

   • Capture videos in grid – Captures playable TikTok videos from the profile, delivered in a folder in your Portal.

   • Capture a list of posts (URLs) – Allows batch capture of specific TikTok posts.

5. Select the folder where you’d like to save the capture. You can also rename the capture, add a case matter ID, or include notes.

6. Click Expand and Capture to start.
