How to Capture a List of Instagram Posts

To capture a list of Instagram posts, use the Capture a list of posts (URLs) feature in the Page Vault Browser.

Steps to Capture Instagram Posts:

1. In your Portal, click Capture to launch the Page Vault Browser.

2. .Navigate to Instagram.

3. Ensure you are logged into an Instagram account to access all available content.

4. Click the red Expand button.

5. Under Capture Type, select Capture a list of posts (URLs).

6. A blue button will appear—click it, then paste your list of Instagram post URLs into the text box.

   • Each URL must be on its own line.

   • Limit the list to 50–100 URLs at a time.

   • Posts can come from more than one profile.

7. Click OK.

8. Select the folder where you would like to save your captures. You can also update the capture name and case matter ID field if needed.

9. Click Expand and Capture.

The Expander will load each post one at a time, starting with the most recent, and create an individual PDF for each post with all comments expanded.
