How to Capture a List of Facebook Posts

Use the “Bulk Capture List of Post URLs” option to capture multiple Facebook posts at once

To capture a list of Facebook posts, use the Capture a list of posts (URLs) feature in the Page Vault Browser.

Steps to Capture Facebook Posts:

  1. Open the Page Vault Browser and navigate to the Facebook. Be sure you are logged into Facebook to access all available content.

  2. In the Browser, click the Expand button in the upper left corner to open the Expander settings.

  3. Under Capture Options, select Standard.

  4. Click Bulk Capture List of Post URLs.

  5. A blue button will appear—click it, then paste your list of Facebook post URLs into the text box.

    • Each URL must be on its own line.

    • Limit the list to 50–100 URLs at a time.

    • Posts can come from more than one profile.

  6. Click OK.

  7. Select the folder where you would like to save your captures. You can also update the capture name and case matter ID field if needed.

  8. Click Expand and Capture.

The Expander will load each post one at a time, starting with the most recent, and create an individual PDF for each post with all comments expanded.
