When accessing certain websites in the Page Vault Browser, you may encounter blocks that prevent the page from loading. If this happens, try the following methods to bypass the restriction:
What Do Website Blocks Look Like?
Blocked or restricted pages can appear in several ways. Common indicators include:

403 Error – Forbidden access message.

Access Denied – Often accompanied by a reference number or security warning.

Human Verification – Prompts to verify you are not a bot (e.g., CAPTCHA).

Grey Screen – The page may load for a few seconds and then turn grey.

Completely Blank Page – Nothing renders, with no error message displayed.
If you encounter any of these, proceed with the following troubleshooting steps.
1. Use the Skip Proxy Feature

Click the gear icon in the top right corner of the Page Vault Browser.

Select Browser Settings.

Toggle on the Skip Proxy option.

When prompted, restart the page.

Re-enter the URL to see if access is restored.
This option disables the proxy to load the page directly, which may help avoid detection or restrictions from the website. Please disable this setting before capturing social media.
2. Reload the Blocked Page
If Skip Proxy does not work:

Click the refresh icon at the top of the Page Vault Browser.

Select Reload Blocked Webpage.

Confirm the prompt to retry loading the page using a new IP address.
3. Try a Batch Capture
If you're still blocked:

Open the Batch tool from your Page Vault Portal.

Enter the blocked URL into the Web Page field.

Paste the relevant cookies into the Cookies field (this may be necessary to bypass security verification.

Proceed with the capture.
Batch captures use a different rendering engine than the browser, which can help bypass certain site restrictions.
