You may occasionally need to access Page Vault using another user’s account—for example, to test permissions or replicate an issue. Here's how to do that securely and correctly.
For Admins: Impersonate Another User
If you’re an Admin on the account, you can access Page Vault as another user:
- In the upper right corner is your name—click on that to access your account management menu and select “Manage Organizations”
- Select “Use Page Vault As…” in the left-hand menu
- Select a User from the drop-down and select “Impersonate”
⚠️ Note: Any actions you take while impersonating another user (such as capturing, editing, or deleting) will be performed under that user's name.
To navigate back to your account, hover over the red eye icon and select “Sign Out”
