Batch Advanced Options

Customize your batch capture settings for more accurate and tailored output

The Batch Advanced Options in Page Vault allow you to fine-tune your batch capture settings for more precise results. These settings are helpful if your default capture is cutting off content, missing sections, or needs specific adjustments for your project.

Screen Width

Adjusts the width of the screen used during capture.

  • Use if content is being cut off or elements are not displaying as expected in the capture.

Overlap

Controls the amount of repeated content between capture segments.

  • Increase overlap if content is being skipped.

  • Decrease overlap if there is too much duplication.

Remove Cover Page

Prevents the cover page metadata from appearing in the exported files.

Remove Footer

Prevents footer metadata from appearing in the exported files.

Consider Page Loaded When…

Sets the condition for when the tool begins capturing.

  • Options may include when network activity slows, when a specific element loads, or after a set amount of time.

  • Useful for pages with dynamic or delayed-loading content.

Scroll Delay

Adds a pause during scrolling to allow additional time for content to load before capturing.

  • Increase the delay for content-heavy or slow-loading pages.

Index for Element to be Scrolled

Selects the specific container of the webpage to be scrolled and captured.

  • Helpful for pages where content is within a scrolling frame or section rather than the full page.

File Number to Start With

Sets the starting index number for your file names.

  • Each capture file will begin numbering from the value you enter.

Adjusting these Batch Advanced Options can help ensure your captures display exactly as intended, reduce errors, and save time during post-processing.
