Search Capture Content in Review
Find what matters with natural-language, keyword, and image search.
Review's search goes beyond matching words. It understands natural language, keywords, and meaning, and it can search the content of images — not just the text around them. For example, searching "soccer" can surface a capture that shows a soccer ball even if the page never uses the word.
What image search can and can't do today
Image search recognizes general visual concepts and reads text that appears inside images. It does not yet do logo- or trademark-specific matching, and you can't upload a reference image to find visual matches. Those capabilities are on the roadmap.
Searching a case
Run a search across a case and Review narrows the list to the captures that contain matches, showing how many pages match and how many are exact matches for your term.
Searching within a capture
Open a capture and search inside it to see exactly which pages your matches appear on — useful when a single capture runs dozens of pages and you need the handful that are relevant.
How to search
- Open a case. Near the top, you'll see a search bar labeled Search within [case name].
- Type your term (a word, phrase, or natural-language description) and click Search.
- Results narrow the capture list to matches, showing how many pages and how many exact matches were found.
- To search inside one capture instead of the whole case, open that capture and use the Search button on its toolbar.
